Last Season Recap
The Golden Eagles got off to a 1-0-2 start in 2023 with their win coming against 2024 opening night opponent in Saint Francis. It was a slow going from there as they lost five of their next six games with their lone win coming against conference opponent Cleary. They would finish the season strong, making it into the WHAC Tournament, but ultimately falling to Indiana Tech in the first round to finish their year with an overall record of 6-9-4.

Looking at Saint Francis (Ind.)
Saint Francis finished the 2023 campaign with an overall record of 8-7-4, winning just one game in conference play over in the Crossroads. Averaging 2.4 goals a game on 16.2 shots, the Cougars come out and play aggressive as they return their top two goal scorers in Enrique Subirán and Luis Miguel Parodi from 2023 to round out their attack. They also return starting goalie Jannik Reiss who compiled 63 total saves during his freshman season in 2023.
