Last Week Recap
The Golden Eagles struggled against Calvin last week falling 2-0 in the match. Cornerstone was only able to tally three total shots in the match making it very tough to breakthrough Calvin's defense. The Golden Eagles then hosted #17 Indiana Tech in what was an extremely physical matchup. Indiana Tech saw two red cards throughout the match and played with nine men for most of the second half. Despite the tough circumstances Indiana Tech was able to find two crucial goals that led them to the 2-0 victory. The Golden Eagles record now sits at 2-3-1 for the season.

Scouting Michigan-Dearborn
Michigan-Dearborn enters the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 2-3-1 with both victories coming in conference play. Michigan-Dearborn are led by Andrew Schwartz who has tallied four goals on the season. The Wolverines are also averaging one goal a game so far this season so the Golden Eagles will likely need to put two goals in the back of the net to find a victory or rely on a strong defensive performance.

Scouting Cleary
Cleary comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 4-4. They are 1-1 in conference play with a 3-0 win over Defiance and a 1-0 loss to Lourdes. Cleary is led by Lesman Morazan who has scored six goals on the season. The Cougars average 15 shots per game making them a threat on the attack in this matchup against the Golden Eagles.
