Last Week Recap
The Golden Eagles finished this past week with a 1-1 record after taking down Michigan-Dearborn and then falling to Cleary. In their matchup against Michigan-Dearborn, the Golden Eagles found the back of the net three times, giving them a 3-0 victory. Tyler Corstange scored two of those goals on the evening and Dani Carrillo added his name to the scorer's sheet late in the match as well. Cornerstone then struggled to convert their scoring chances against Cleary in their second match of the week. They outshot the Cougars but still ended up falling in a narrow 1-0 loss. The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-4-1 for the season.

Scouting Rochester Christian
Rochester Christian enters the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 0-6-2. The Warriors have had a tough start to their season and have yet to secure a victory. Rochester Christian is led by Ivan Stojanovic who has scored three goals on the season. If the Golden Eagles can find the back of the net, they will have a good chance of securing a victory in this favorable matchup against the Warriors.

Scouting Lourdes
Lourdes comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 3-5-2. They have a 2-1-1 record in WHAC play this season as well with wins over Rochester Christian and Cleary. Lourdes is led by Bruno Duarte who has tallied four goals on the season. The Gray Wolves also have allowed 1.6 goals a game and will need to tighten up their defense to keep the Golden Eagles from finding a victory.
