The Golden Eagles hosted Siena Heights in their only match of the week and swept the Saints for their 13th sweep of the season. Highlighted by
Alison Pignataro's career high 38 assists which led to her winning WHAC Setter of the Week. Cornerstone would also get big contributions from
Gianna Warwick who had 16 digs and
Aubrey Johnson with 13 kills.
A look at the WHAC
With under ten conference games remaining, here's how the WHAC stands. Aquinas sits at the top with an 11-0 record in conference play, followed by Cornerstone with a 9-2 record. Lawrence Tech, Rochester Christian and Indiana Tech all of an 8-4 record and round out the top five.

Aquinas currently leads the WHAC with an 11-0 conference record (20-4 overall) as they get ready to host the Golden Eagles on Wednesday. The Saints have won 13 straight and will look to grow that streak. Aquinas is led by Cece Pelak who has 302 kills on the year and Bella Holmes who just won WHAC Defender of the Week with 21 digs.
Scouting UNOH
UNOH currently has an overall record of 5-16 (2-10) as they have a matchup against Indiana Tech to open the week. The Racers have lost four in a row and will look to break that streak in the upcoming matches. Paige Hoodlebrink is the Racers leader in assists on the year with 292 while Aliyah Saylor leads the team in kills with 161.
Scouting Indiana Tech
Indiana Tech lands in fifth place in the WHAC with an overall record of 15-9 (8-4) with matchups against UNOH and Aquinas looming before facing the Golden Eagles on Saturday. The Warriors have won six matches in row including three straight sweeps. Elsie McCutchan has been great defensively for the Warriors with 316 digs this season.
