Fort Wayne, Ind. – Men's Soccer battled against #17 Indiana Tech in the WHAC quarterfinal on Saturday, November 1st. The Golden Eagles fought hard in the tournament matchup but ultimately fell 5-1. Men's Soccer finish the year with a 7-10 record and going 5-6 on conference play.

First Half:
- The match opened with a corner kick for Indiana Tech which led to shot that was blocked by CU in the first minute.
- Indiana Tech sent another shot high in the fourth minute and then one on goal that was saved by Roberto Gutierrez in the eighth minute.
- Calvin Curtis put a header on goal that was saved by the Warriors goalkeeper.
- Roberto Gutierrez made another save as Indiana Tech put header on net off a corner kick.
- In the 13th minute Roberto Gutierrez was tested again with another header from the Warriors, making another save.
- Cornerstone's Tyler Corstange fired a shot on goal in the 20th minute that was saved by the Warriors goalkeeper.
- Calvin Curtis received a yellow card in the 26th minute then followed that up with a shot that was blocked.
- Indiana Tech scored the first goal of the game in the 39th minute to take a 1-0 lead.
- Mason Heyboer was given a yellow card to close out the first half.
Second Half:
- The second half started with a goal from the Warriors to grow their lead to 2-0.
- Gavan Bignall sent a shot wide left in the 52nd minute.
- Indiana Tech continued to add to their lead with a goal in 53rd minute.
- In the 59th minute Cornerstone received a yellow card on the head coach which was followed by Mason Heyboer being given his second yellow which resulted in Heyboer receiving a red card.
- The Warriors scored their fourth goal of the match in the 65th minute.
- Indiana Tech put another in the back of the goal to make it a 5-0 match in the 74th minute.
- Calvin Curtis got the Golden Eagles on the board with a goal in the 75th minute, Tyler Corstange got the assist.
