Last Week Recap
Men's Basketball finished last week 1-0 on their trip to Defiance and improved to 16-8 (12-4) on the year. The Golden Eagles defeated the Yellow Jackets 67-49 in a game where Defiance played much better than their trip to Mol Arena where they lost 118-54. The Yellow Jackets tightened up on the defensive end, but it was no problem for Mason Brooks as he led the way with 21 points. Blake Stewart also played a key role with his double-double (17 points, 10 rebounds). Luke Rowlinson also added 14 crucial points to secure the victory.

Scouting Lawrence Tech
Lawrence Tech comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 13-10 (11-5) as they sit in fifth place in the WHAC conference with only one win separating them from Cornerstone. The Blue Devils average 80.0 points per-game and are led by Jimmy Salamone who has averaged 22.0 points per-game on the season. Lawrence Tech will have to bring a strong performance into Mol Arena to make a swing at the Golden Eagles and shift the WHAC Tournament layout.

Scouting Cleary
Cleary comes into the matchup against the Golden Eagles with an overall record of 7-15 (6-10) on the season. The Cougars are averaging 63.9 points per-game and are led by Benny Crenshaw Jr. who is averaging 11.0 points per-game. Cleary plays a large role in the postseason hopes of the Golden Eagles and will need to defend home well if they have any chance in slowing Cornerstone down in this game.
