2020 Highlights: AVCA First Team All-Region... First Team All-WHAC... WHAC All-Academic Team... Joined the 1,000 career kill and dig club ending her career with 1082 kills and 1084 digs... Played 26 matches and 91 sets... Led the team with 271 kills averaging 2.98 per set... Second on the team with 45 service aces... Fourth on the team with 224 digs.

2019 Highlights: Named All-WHAC Second Team... Earned NAIA Scholar Athlete and WHAC All-Academic honors... Led the team with 2.83 kills per set and was second on the team with 317 for the year... Recorded a team high 1084 attempts in 2019... Second on the team in service aces with 36 and digs with 338... Started 31 of the teams 32 matches this season. 

2018 Highlights: Finished second on the team in kills with 321 this season... Led the team with 56 services aces... Third on the team in digs with 369... Also recorded 56 total blocks.

2017 Highlights: Played in 28 matches and finished fourth on the team in kills with 176 and sixth in digs with 153...Started in 11 matches and also posted 35 blocks on the season

High School Highlights: Played on Varsity for all four years and helped lead the team to two state championships in 2013 and 2014...In 2014, Bailey helped lead the team to back to back state titles and was named state MVP...Her junior year, she was awarded All-Area (2nd team), All-State (1st team) of the IL and was the NICAC MVP...During Bailey's senior year, she was awarded All-Area (2nd team) and finished with over 1,000 kills throughout her high school career...team captain for three years and helped lead her team to an IHSA regional championship her junior year and a IHSA sectional championship her senior year...played club for Top Flight Volleyball Club.
