Casey Fisk

Casey Fisk is in his first year as the hitting and strength and conditioning coach for the Golden Eagles as they enter 2016 of their best season in school history.
Casey played four seasons at NCAA DI Illinois State in the Missouri Valley Conference. During his time at ISU, Fisk was named to the MVC All-Tournament Team as a senior as he led the Redbirds to the league title and a berth in the regional tournament played that year at Oklahoma State University. He went on to play two years of professional ball in the Independent League in Champaign and Lafayette.
Fisk will bring a very aggressive mindset to the Golden Eagle lineup, one that batted .268 in 2015 with an on-base percentage of .353. He will have the luxury of returning four of the team's top five hitters from 2015 in terms of average.
Casey is the son of Carlton Fisk who was voted into the Hall of Fame in 2000 after an illustrious career for the Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox.
Casey lives in Byron Center with his wife, Diann and three daughters, Cassidy, Carlee and Caydee.
