SYLVANIA, Ohio –
Josue Uquillas scored the lone goal of the match in the 59' and
Dary DeWalt pitched the fifth shutout in his last six matches to lead the Cornerstone Men's Soccer team to a 1-0 win at Lourdes. The victory lifts the Golden Eagles to 9-4-2 on the year overall and 5-1-2 in the WHAC. CU will head to No. 5 Northwestern Ohio on Saturday afternoon.

The defense has been the story all season long for the men's soccer team and it was strong again on Wednesday afternoon in Ohio as the Golden Eagles posted their fifth shutout in their last six matches to down the host Gray Wolves of Lourdes.
After a scoreless first half, the visitors got the lone goal of the match when
Josue Uquillas scored his second of the season off a pass from
Allyn Anthony from just inside the midfield. DeWalt then stood tall in goal as the keeper finished with four saves.
