GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Cornerstone avenged two early season losses with a pair of wins on Friday night of the Aquinas-Cornerstone Classic. The Golden Eagles defeated Huntington (Ind.), 3-0 and Grace College (Ind), 3-1 to up their record to 19-8 overall. CU will return to Mol Arena o Saturday where they will host IU-South Bend at 11 a.m. followed by Carroll College (Mont.) at 2 p.m.

- Cornerstone's offense was unstoppable in sets 2-4 as they collected 46 kills and hit .325 .294 and .137
- Kayla Clark finished with 52 assists in the win over Grace
- Three different players posted double-digit kills in 3-1 win over Grace – Kendra Zwart (19), followed by Jackie Stanko and Bailey Cummings with 12 each
