GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – No. 9 Cornerstone hit 10 triples in the opening half and used a 28-6 run to open the second to post an 83-53 win over Lawrence Tech on Wednesday night inside Mol Arena. The victory lifts the Golden Eagles to 9-3 on the season and 4-0 in conference play as CU will remain at home for their next game on Saturday against Lourdes. Tip-off is slated for 3 p.m.

- CU scored the first six points of the game and led by as many as 16 in the first half after a Carter Nyp triple
- Cornerstone then limited LTU to just 22 second half points
- CU cooled off from the field in the closing 20 minutes (51.6% in first and 36.7% in second)
