INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Golden Eagles hit the road on Wednesday evening to take on Marian University in the final non-conference game of the season. The game ended in a scoreless 0-0 draw after two overtime periods. The draw brings Cornerstone's overall record to 1-5-1 heading into WHAC play which begins September 21 against Concordia.
How it happened:

The Golden Eagles put up five shots in each half, then one in each overtime period.

Cornerstone had seven corner kicks in regulation.

James Pipe hit the post with a shot in the first minute, and the crossbar with a shot in the 74th minute.

The lights went out at the stadium with three minutes to play in the second overtime, causing a 10-minute halt in play.
