GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Golden Eagles returned to their home pitch for the first time in three weeks on Wednesday evening to take on St. Xavier. The Cougars came out victorious by a score of 2-1, handing the Golden Eagles their third one-goal loss of the season.

Sebastian Ramos netted his first goal of the season with a strike inside the box just five minutes into the second half.

The Cougars regained the lead with just a dozen minutes to play in regulation.
