GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Effective immediately, Cornerstone University has canceled all athletic practices and competitions through the remainder of the 2019-2020 academic year due to the ongoing developments surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States.

This includes all competition and practices for all varsity and junior varsity programs sponsored by Cornerstone.

This decision was made by Cornerstone's Leadership Team following discussions with the NAIA, the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference, and area universities. Our continued priority is the health, safety, and wellness of our student athletes, coaches, administrators, and fans at all times. Cornerstone will continue to monitor all new information on COVID-19 and provide updates regarding next steps for the university and its athletic programs.
