UTICA, Mich. – Seven home runs in game one highlighted a double header that featured two Cornerstone wins over WHAC foe Lawrence Tech. In game one, CU outlasted LTU after 10-7 behind strong play in the final few innings of the seven-inning game. Home runs were the name of the game as the Golden Eagles hit three of them in the first contest. Game two was equally exciting as Cornerstone came on strong in the final few innings to take down the Blue Devils 9-7. This sweep moves CU to 16-16 overall, 8-5 in the WHAC.

  • Isaac Tayes got in on the action when he delivered a home run of his own. Austin Hurt also scored on that shot, extending the CU lead to 10-6.
