GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Cornerstone continues to shine in the fall season with three more athletes earning WHAC Player of the Week honors with Aubrey Lenz highlighting the action with her third consecutive award. Kylie Barron and Tyler Corstange each also won their respective honors for the first time in their career. 

Kylie Barron - WHAC Attacker of the Week
Kylie Barron earns her first ever WHAC weekly honor being named the Conference Attacker of the Week as CU won their 11th and 12th straight games at home vs. Lourdes and Siena Heights. Barron hit a ridiculous .421 on the week with nine kills vs. Lourdes and a career high 11 against Siena Heights. She also added 11 total blocks for over a block and a half per set this week. 

Tyler Corstange - WHAC Offensive Player of the Week
The true freshman Tyler Corstange has been a menice since beginning his college career with the Golden Eagles adding four goals this week with two vs. Grace Christian and the only two against a tough Calvin University team. Corstange now has six goals on the year, tying the team leader of Christian Galloway from a season ago. Cornerstone is 3-0-3 on the year as they are off to their best start since 1988. 

Aubrey Lenz - WHAC Setter of the Week
Sophomore Aubrey Lenz has now three-peated as the WHAC Setter of the Week after a 33 and 44 assist match this weekend. Lenz currently ranks fifth in the country in total assists with 618 and is fourth in the NAIA in assists per set at 11.04. Her serve has been outstanding as well with 30 service aces to rank 10th in the NAIA. As it stands, Lenz is already near 2000 career assists and is on pace to break the program record for total assists if she continues at this rate.
