LIVONIA, Mich. – The Golden Eagles traveled to Livonia to take on #19 Madonna in their final regular season match of the year and fell 5-0 in a tough match. It was the Jordy Lopez show for Madonna as he scored four goals in a span of 11-minutes to help the Crusaders take down the Golden Eagles. Men's Soccer finishes the regular season with an overall record of 6-9-1 as they have clinched a spot in the WHAC Tournament that begins on Tuesday, November 5.

First Half:

• The first opportunity of the match belonged to the Crusaders as their shot sailed wide left.
• After continued pressure by Madonna, the Crusaders finally found the back of the net as Jordy Lopez makes it a 1-0 match in the 11^th minute.
• Jordy Lopez scored again for Madonna just two-minutes later in the 13^th minute to make it 2-0 Crusaders.
• Roberto Gutierrez continued to stay busy in goal as he recorded two quick saves.
• Madonna continued to score as Jordy Lopez recorded a hattrick 18-minutes into the match as the Golden Eagles have no answer for him as Madonna leads 3-0.
• It continued to be the Jordy Lopez show for Madonna as he scored his fourth goal of the match in the 21^st minute as the Golden Eagles find themselves down big early 4-0.
• The first opportunity for the Golden Eagles came in the 31^st minute as the shot from Boston Knapp was blocked by a Crusader defender.
• Madonna heads into halftime with a 4-0 lead over the Golden Eagles as they have outshot Cornerstone 14-1.

Second Half:

• The Golden Eagles started the second half as the aggressors as the shot from Boston Knapp was blocked in the 48^th minute.
• Madonna found the back of the net on their second shot attempt in the second half as this time Ryushin Hirami scored to make it 5-0 in the 58^th minute.
• Roberto Gutierrez continued to collect saves as a long shot attempt from the Crusaders was stopped in the 67^th minute.
• The Crusaders fend off the Golden Eagles in a 5-0 victory.
