GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Track and Field competed in their first meet of 2025 over at Aquinas where the Golden Eagles looked to shake off their Holiday Break rust. In a smaller event, the Golden Eagles still saw six total PRs on the day that included a freshman record from
Alexander Pranger in the weight throw and an NAIA B Standard performance in the weight throw by
Ryan Shinabery. It was a step in the right direction as track and field will be right back in action this weekend at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open on Saturday, January 18.
