MARION, Ind. - Track and Field saw seven events take place on a windy and rainy first day of the NAIA Outdoor National Championship hosted by Indiana Wesleyan. The men's hammer throw kicked off the Championship and it saw
Ryan Shinabery and
Stuart Stovall earn All-American honors thanks to their impressive throws. Three other events saw themselves qualify for the final event later this week in the men's 400m hurdles and the men's and women's 4x800m relay team.
Tomorrow the Golden Eagles will be competing in six events tomorrow (men's 110m hurdles, women's 4x800m relay final, men's 4x800m relay final, women's 5,000m, women's 4x400m relay, and men's discus) with men's 110m hurdles kicking it off at 2:15 p.m.
