Adrian, Mich. – Men's Basketball (7-12) gets their third win a row with a 94-77 win over Siena Heights on their final regular season matchup.
Blake Stewart led the offensive charge for CU dropping 23 points while
Mark DeVries led Cornerstone with seven rebounds and added 12 points. The Golden Eagles return home to face Cleary on Saturday, January 24th at 7 p.m. inside Mol Arena.

First Half
- The Golden Eagles started the game off with a flurry of shots but could not get any to fall.
- Cornerstone started to get shots to fall and got within three of the Saints on a layup from Blake Stewart.
- Siena Heights grew their lead, but a three from Tre Seydel kept it a two-possession game.
- A three pointer from Kayden Bird made it a 27-25 game in favor of the Saints with 8:03 to go in the first half.
- Two minutes later a jumper by Blake Stewart and a dunk by Levi Schultz gave the Golden Eagles their first lead of the game going up 30-29.
- Colin Heyboer drains a three with 1:32 remaining in the half to give CU an 11-point lead.
- The teams headed into the lockers with Cornerstone up 48-39.
Second Half
- Cornerstone started the second half with layups from Levi Schultz and Andy more to extend their lead to 15.
- Tre Seydel sunk back-to-back threes which put Cornerstone ahead 63-48.
- Midway through the second half, Mark DeVries finishes a layup which gave CU a 21-point lead.
- Blake Stewart and Mark DeVries both got layups to fall to make it a 78-60 game in favor of Cornerstone.
- Two free throws from Kayden Bird extended the Golden Eagles lead to 23 with two-minutes left in regulation.
- Myles Steffen closed out the game with a layup to secure a 94-77 win for the Golden Eagles.
