Cornerstone comes into the last week of the regular season sitting just on the outside as they are one point behind Indiana Tech for the final spot in the conference tournament. Cornerstone holds the tie breaker over Indiana Tech as they beat them earlier this year. With the Golden Eagles tied for 9th with UM-Dearborn (who they tied) and Concordia, the matchup with Rochester on Wednesday and Concordia on Saturday are important matchups to end the regular season.

The Rochester Warriors come into this game sitting at 7-6-2 (3-5-1) on the season and are sitting just three points ahead of the Golden Eagles in the WHAC Standings. They are coming off a 2-1 loss at Concordia on Saturday, where they have technically played better as they are now 5-2-1 on the road. Sammi Springer is the lead goal scorer for the Warriors with 10 on the season followed by Olivia Howes with eight on the season.
