GRAND RAPIDS, Mich – The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced the Men's Soccer awards for the 2025 season and two Golden Eagles earned an award.
Isaac Wood earned a spot on the All-Newcomer team and
Jake Madak was chosen as the Champion of Character.
Isaac Wood – All-Newcomer Team
Freshman
Isaac Wood earned his first all-conference honors being named to the All-Newcomer team for 2025. Wood started in 14 games for the Golden Eagles where he recorded four goals and one assist in 1,181 minutes. Two of Wood's four goals were game winners that came against Lourdes and Defiance.
Jake Madak – Champion of Character
Senior
Jake Madak was selected as Cornerstone's representative to the WHAC Champions of Character team by the CU staff for best representing the five NAIA core character traits of respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
WHAC All-Academic
Women's Soccer saw 14 athletes earn WHAC All-Academic honors for the 2025 season. This award is given to any athlete who has been on the roster for a year or more as well as a sophomore and above in academic class standing with a GPA of 3.25 or higher. The winners are
