GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference has released the preseason poll for the 2026 baseball season, and the Golden Eagles have been selected to finish eighth in the conference, earning 55 points. UNOH is tabbed to finish first as they received 143 points and 11 first place votes coming off a WHAC regular season championship with Indiana Tech in second with 129 points and one first place vote while Madonna rounds out the top three with 120 points.

Cornerstone finished tenth in the conference last year with an overall record of 11-33 (11-17) where they missed out on the conference tournament.
Baseball opens their season on Friday, February 27th with a double header against the University of Fort Lauderdale at Lake Myrtle Park with first pitch set for 3:30 p.m.
