ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The men's soccer team is coming home to start a four-match home stand and it comes on the heels of a 4-0 victory over Concordia on Saturday evening. Cornerstone got two goals each from Kevin Nimmo (SO/Livonia, Mich.) and Ryan Briggs (SR/Muskegon, Mich.) as they improve to 4-5-1 overall and 2-0-1 in the WHAC. CU will start the home-stretch against #RV Madonna on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.

Game Flow…
The Golden Eagles have struggled to score for most of the early season but as the calendar flipped to league matches, head coach Mark Bell and his team have put together three solid offensive performances. Kevin Nimmo got the scoring started for the Golden Eagles in the 21' and he followed with his second just after halftime to put CU up 2-0.
Cornerstone continued to put the pressure on in the second and senior Ryan Briggs recorded two goals to finish off the day. Thomas Bowes (SO/Grand Rapids, MIch.) picked up the shutout in net as the junior finished with one save.
