Pack the House
Pack the House is a fun filled event for a great cause. West Michigan Whitecaps on-field host Bob Wells will be on site to lead a double-header full of fun games and engaging activities around a great cause where Cornerstone will look to raise $15,000 to pack 60,000 meals through IDES to help refugees in need. Last year, Cornerstone was able to pack over 13,000 meals for refugees in Ukraine and this year these meals will be packed for people in need in the Philippines. Fans and students are encouraged to come out and support by enjoying the basketball games and donating or purchasing a shirt for $10.
After the games, Cornerstone will come together on December 3 to work with IDES to pack the meals that will then be sent to the Philippines.

Last Week Recap
The Golden Eagles played just one contest during Thanksgiving week and were able to get a road win in their first conference game away from home, 80-65 at Madonna. CU was led by a season high 24 points from
Stephanie Ainsworth and nine rebounds as she went 6-11 from the field and 12-13 from the free throw line.
Balanced Attack
The Golden Eagles have seen a balanced attack in their first five games with four different leading scorers in their first five games of the season. CU has four players averaging 12 points per game or higher with
Jaxi Long (16.0),
Stephanie Ainsworth (13.8),
Maddison Fulks (12.6), and
Olivia Kubik (12.0). The list of four is still missing
Mackenzie Stien who led the team in scoring in 2021-22 at 14.1 PPG. Head Coach
Jessica Yonkers has used her depth well, as Cornerstone averages 20.4 bench points per game through their first five games of the season.
Free Throw Shooting
Cornerstone has gotten a lot more physical in the 2023-24 season and found their way to the free throw line often through the first five contests. CU ranks fourth in the NAIA with 20 made free throws a game on average and is 12
th in the country with 25.6 attempts per game.
Stephanie Ainsworth leads the team with 25 made free throws as the center is shooting 80.6% from the line. As a team, Cornerstone is shooting 78.1% from the free throw line.
Scouting Lourdes
The Gray Wolves come into 2023-24 with a 2-3 record and a 1-1 WHAC record. Third year Head Coach Tandy Bradford has the Gray Wolves playing fast this season as they rank 26
th in the NAIA with just under 70 field goal attempts per game. In WHAC play, Lourdes defeated Michigan-Dearborn and then lost to Siena Heights. Lourdes has some balance on the offensive end as well as three players lead the team with 10.6 points per game this season in Nakiya Sigman, Shae Pedroza, and Emma Pedroza.
Scouting Concordia
The Cardinals are off to a great start with a 4-2 record and 3-0 WHAC record. CUAA comes into Saturday's contest looking for revenge as the Golden Eagles ended Concordia's run in the WHAC Tournament a season ago. They come into the year with an excellent defense overall, allowing just 58 points per game while holding opponents to 36.9% from the field. Offensively, Taylor Leatherman the senior out of Wadsworth, Ohio has been the most prolific scorer for CUAA, averaging 18.3 points per game.
