GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Head Coach
Jessica Yonkers and the young Golden Eagle women's basketball program are excited to announce the 2023-24 schedule with 13 home events on tap in the 28 game schedule. Cornerstone comes off a much improved 2022-23 season and looks to build upon that, losing just one starter while adding a great incoming recruiting class. The season will open on the road with a bundle of games, as CU competes in the Cougar Classic on October 27-28 before traveling to Spring Arbor on October 30. After over a week long break, Cornerstone will then see their home opener on November 9 vs. Grace Christian before jumping right into conference play.
The Golden Eagles will see a unique twist in 2023-24 as Cleary has officially added basketball bringing the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) regular season schedule to a full load of 22 games, allowing for just six non-conference games.
Other highlights on the schedule include a home rivalry game with Aquinas on January 13 and senior day on February 10 vs. Siena Heights. For more information on the 2023-24 women's basketball schedule you can visit the link
